Followup Payments

FollowUp Payments automatically lets your clients know of any pending payments and debts via both SMS and email based on a reminder schedule set by you. You have full control to create and change when the reminders are sent.

Whether you want a one-time reminder or repeat reminders sent daily, weekly etc. The app also handles overdue follow-ups and will send weekly notifications until closed or cancelled.

The details of each follow-up are listed within each individual follow-up.

There is also a comprehensive Messages Log which details all the messages that have been sent to the client & whether the messages were delivered or still in progress.

And of course all the details of the follow-up i.e. payment details and particulars of the products or service are available in the other tabs.

If the payment being followed up is paid incompletely. All you have to do is record the partial payment and the only remaining amount will continue to be notified.

You can also reschedule the reminder based on any new agreement you may agreed upon with the client.

Due to the relationship you already have with your client, the auto-generated message may not exactly cover all the information you may want to communicate to the client.

So Followup Payments allows you to customize the message to be sent to the client in order to properly communicate with him/her.
