Easy to fill out, just answer the easy questions. App sends out reminders for the patient. Great app only tracks one important health issue that I live with everyday. Easier to maintain a kinda normal life. I use what I need from the app to keep me in check with my health. If you want more stuffin the app to make health issues more confusing, then go to my chart. I really like the app!
