Folder Player Pro is a directory-based music player that uses folders as playlists for music and audiobooks. It provides a compact, ad-free experience and expands on the Free edition with more updates and capabilities.

Pro adds unlimited tagging for multiple playlists, extended cross-fading, auto-delete during playback, stop on power loss, and the option to automatically continue with the next folder after the current one finishes, plus M3U support. It shares core features with the Free edition, including playing folder trees and individual files, Bluetooth and car compatibility, Last.fm scrobbling, pauses for calls and navigation, sequential and random play, configurable settings, an equalizer, headset button controls, and a powerful search.

Been using this for years and it's still the best music player around. Peter updates consistently and quickly and even responds to emailed bug reports directly. Definitely support this project!

Would rate this 5 stars if it wasn't for one issue. When clicking "Exit" in the menu, and either closing the app's media control notification or just leaving it alone, it would bug. Once you open the app again and start playing a track, the media notification stays disabled, preventing media control though headphones, gestures, etc. Please fix.
