We were part of a trial where we were told everything was free. Deleted the app after trial was over. After a year, I received a $200 charge on my credit card. Was told I had to cancel via the app. Customer service is terrible.

It's not worth what you pay for it. We got it for an Elementary age child that needed a little nudge to keep on task. The app and watch didn't communicate very well. So, it would alert him when it wasn't scheduled to do so. Then the watch wouldn't recognize when he tapped it, making the reporting useless. Inputting schedules and general alerts is locked behind the paywall. The app is clunky, and their website isn't user friendly. It's a great concept, but this company feels like a gimmick.
