I've reached out to their customer support and not heard from anyone to try and resolve this matter. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still does not open. It feels like I've been scammed!

2021-06-02	Be*****	This app is 100% a scam. Do not download. Do not give these scammers your money. I downloaded, gave them my CC info for the free 7 day trial. I cancelled before it ended, emailed them to verify I wouldn't be charged, was charged. I then stopped payment with my CC company, they sided with this scam. BEWARE.
