FMS Logistics One

Smart Plant Logistics & Gate Pass Management:
FMS Logistics is a secure digital platform designed for plant-to-plant delivery operations. It connects drivers and gate pass personnel through QR-based verification and automated gate pass generation.

The system streamlines industrial logistics, reduces manual paperwork, and improves operational transparency across plant locations.

For Drivers:
• View daily assigned deliveries
• Access plant-to-plant route details
• Present secure QR code for gate verification
• Track delivery status in real time

Drivers receive delivery assignments digitally and present a dynamic QR code at the issuing plant for authorized entry.

For Gate Pass Employees:
• Scan driver QR codes
• Verify delivery authorization instantly
• Generate digital gate passes
• Reduce manual entry errors

Gate personnel can validate deliveries and authorize plant entry within seconds.

Secure QR-Based Authorization:
Each delivery is linked to a secure, dynamically generated QR code. This ensures that only authorized drivers with valid assignments are granted entry at plant gates.

The system enhances:
• Security
• Operational efficiency
• Traceability
• Entry verification accuracy

Operational Visibility:
By digitizing the gate pass workflow, the platform improves coordination between logistics teams and plant management.

Authorized Use Only:
This application is intended for registered drivers and authorized plant personnel. Access requires company-issued credentials.
