Ekagra: Screen Time & Focus

Ekagra is a screen time tracker and app blocker that blocks Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and any distracting app - so you can stop doomscrolling and focus, without harsh lockouts.

The average person scrolls 327 short videos a day and remembers almost none of them. Ekagra makes that invisible habit visible, then gives you calm tools to change it.

📊 SEE YOUR SCROLL HABIT
Ekagra's screen time tracker shows exactly where your time goes: how many Reels and Shorts you scroll each day, your weekly trends, and the hours when your attention slips most. Awareness comes first - focus follows.

🚫 BLOCK REELS & SHORTS
Block Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts while keeping the rest of Instagram and YouTube fully usable. You lose the infinite scroll, not the apps you need for messages, music, or learning.

🔒 SMART APP BLOCKER
Block Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, or any distracting app. Set blocks by time, day, or focus session - you stay in control.

⏰ FOCUS SESSIONS & STUDY TIMER
Create recurring deep-work blocks for study, work, sleep, or family time. Use it as a study timer for exam prep or a focus timer for deep work - your focus schedule runs on autopilot, blocking distractions during the hours you choose.

📈 DIGITAL WELLBEING INSIGHTS
Daily and weekly screen time reports, hour-by-hour breakdowns, unlock counts, and trends - so you can watch your phone addiction shrink week by week.

🧘 MINDFUL PAUSE, NOT A WALL
When you open a blocked app, Ekagra shows a calm full-screen pause instead of a harsh lock. You see what you're reaching for and choose intentionally: return to focus, or take a deliberate break.
