Evidensia Veterinary Services offers its customers the opportunity to view their pets' care information and easily make appointments at Evidensia clinics. For example, you can easily check the up-to-dateness of vaccinations, follow-up treatment instructions and laboratory results. With the application, you can also save your own animal care notes and save your pet's picture in the animal's health card.

Logging in is done with the phone number you entered in our patient database, to which a password for logging into the application is sent as a text message.
