It was developed with the goal of educating people on more effective symptom improvement.

Todak can learn about the concept, diagnosis, symptoms, causes, management and prognosis of panic disorder through Panic Care.
You can familiarize yourself with and experience treatment methods such as breathing training, muscle relaxation training, and thinking.

This app was developed as a research result of the virtual augmented mixed reality flagship project hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT in 2019.
Information is structured based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
