I tried to load( Mobile top-up) through this app, and the amount was deducted from my account, but the load was not credited. On top of that, my wallet is showing an incorrect balance. The amount displayed and the actual balance are not matching. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Either fix these issues immediately or refund my money. I cannot trust this app anymore and would not recommend it to anyone until this is resolved."

First Pay’s service is extremely poor, and I strongly advise against using it. I ordered a First Pay debit card two months ago, but it still hasn’t been delivered. Every time I contacted their complaint center, they offered no help and simply gave me an email address to file a complaint. I submitted 8 to 10 complaints via email, but there has been no meaningful response. Their service is absolutely unacceptable and highly disappointing. I repeat, do not use First Pay—it’s a waste of time.
