2026-05-05	Mr*****	app still not working and is stuck on accept conditions screen. I have installed and uninstalled, restarted the phone and it makes no difference. i have reported it but nothing has changed.

2026-05-03	M *****	i get chest pains every time this app needs a re-login: all my logins fail, password error i go on a wild goose chase updating my scoot and scoot-related passwords thinking i have been hacked, only to find that the app needs an update maybe the app should have an obsolete-need-update flashing ferry lights warning every time it opens i don't get this problem on other apps good grief I've aged 10 years just trying to fix the problem and now have grandkids in another universe

2026-05-02	Ri*****	The app isn't working well. It keeps retrieving data (floating swan). I had to switch between wifi and mobile data and vise versa in order to stop the swan from floating. I cannot redeem flights too. Cannot sign in into my krisflyer acc. My first scoot app, few years ago worked very well. After a series of updates, the app is no longer as it was before.
