I booked a flight with voucher of 300 riyals purchased thru bank, transaction happened but error came in ticket issuance, they refunded the paid amount but wated my 300 riyal voucher, customer was contacted twice without any benefit, just wasted 300 riyals ( 90 us dollars ) for this useless app
