2026-07-28	Ro*****	Not only is this one of the worst app designs I have ever seen, it's incredibly annoying with over 20 add on and additional fee option you have to opt out of that takes an additional 10 minutes just to try to book a flight but the app developer must be a 12 year old because it isn't even optimized for Android Users. it is absolutely impossible to enter your credit card information because the text boxes dont show options and dont support text entry. help is also broken. back to southwest for me!

2026-07-27	Ro*****	Does not allow allow Samsung phones access. Advised to speak to Developer or get a different or newer phone. It was not convenient, helpful or satisfactorily allow me to check-in. However, I was able to purchase tickets months ago.

2026-07-27	Ma*****	This app is totally screwed up. Somehow they have my mileage plus account with the wrong birthdate, and so I cannot get miles for an upcoming trip. I guess I will have to set up a whole new account.

2026-07-26	Ky*****	Only issue is the session expiration. When I'm planning a trip, I'm really slow, so, I have to go to my banking app here and there to move things around. So when I get back to this app, my session expires and I have to do things over again and having to recalculate things again.
