2025-01-24	Lu*****	Scam alert! It will waste your time typing all your data Adele and then have you install the application login again for nothing. It would not generate any calculations after all that process forcing me to pay for some artificial intelligence calculation of the deductions. Worthless piece of junk.

2024-10-27	Er*****	I've been working on workflows to help manage my taxes better and came across FlyFin. It came in within a pinch to help me easily retrieve business transactions from credit card accounts etc. It's also useful to have a CPA to ask questions to as well. I like it, I love it, I want some more of it.

2024-09-23	Wi*****	Theirs CPAs took care of a very complex tax filing for me, and were very responsive and flexible through the whole process. The app needs quite a bit of work and they definitely need a website because as of now you can only use the app and using it is slow and cumbersome.

2024-08-28	Sh*****	Bad first impression and false information. From the website, saying report generated and open the app to view but in the app - first screen itself asking upload documents. First deliver what you promise, then we would be interested to pay or upload our information. Why should I upload or share my details if I don't know what you really delivering?

2024-08-02	Ni*****	Very deceptive sign up practices, and when you finally do get through the website and app questionnaires, it never generates the tax report. They're just collecting your info and selling it.

2024-04-16	He*****	After 3 weeks of using FlyFin, its limitations became apparent, rendering it inadequate for my needs. Despite timely requesting a refund, I received no response. Now, after four weeks of silence, I'm dismayed to find I'm beyond the 30-day refund window, despite their '100% customer satisfaction' promise. FlyFin's app and support were subpar, unable to handle my Puerto Rico residency for tax filing and offering only ineffective workarounds. No response = no choice but to request a CC chargeback.

This app was like having a financial advisor, offing you your expenses and choices to deduct or not. The CPA was more than patient - answering at 0530 on a Sunday. The only item- messages do not clear on their own and that should be fixed. I am already using it for next year.
