Drink Water: Stay Hydrated is a simple and useful app to help you stay hydrated throughout the day. With our app, you can easily log your water intake and achieve your hydration goals.

Key Features:

Consumption Log: Add the amount of water you drink with just a few clicks and press the "Drink" button to save it. It's that simple.
Personalized Daily Goal: Enter your name and weight so the app can suggest an estimate of the daily amount of water you might need. Remember, it's just an estimate to help guide you.
Progress Tracking: See how you’re progressing towards your daily goal with a circular indicator. When you reach your goal, a "Restart" button will appear, allowing you to reset your progress either at that moment or the next day.
Consumption History: View a log of the times and amounts of water you've recorded throughout the day.
How It Works:

Start: Open the app and you'll see the Drink Water logo. You’ll then be guided to a screen where you can enter your name and weight to tailor your experience.
Main Screen: On the main screen, you can see your daily goal and your name. From here, you can easily log your water consumption.
Simple Logging: Use the increment or decrement buttons to select the amount of water consumed. Press "Drink" to add each intake to your log and update your progress.
