2025-01-22	Ju*****	This app is 100% an afterthought of the company. The amount of bugs is insane, just trying to scroll through your book is glitchy and a pain to do. The "speak to me" option is terrible, and trying to do the book activity's are also terrible. Either the activities just don't work on the app, will say you're wrong even though you're right, or they're unusable. UI breaks very often and is hard to use. However, if you want to use it just to ATTEMPT to view the book, it'll work (just very badly).

2024-11-05	Se*****	The whole reason I got this was to work with my class that uses Blackboard to keep track of things. But Ucertify is not compatible with Blackboard on mobile devices. Als the genral look and feel of the app and site are different to the point that they feel like different programs all together. Yes, the app works to the bare minimum, but that's it.

2024-10-30	Ch*****	Your app is trash. Scrolling, just to read, is a chore. The progress tracker sucks. I have to manually check them off or it either doesn't register or only does a little. The text reader pronounces every period "." as "dot". There's a lot more wrong with the reader, too.

You have to press hard on the screen to do any activity. Support tickets disappear when submitted (tracking is supposed to be available) Listening to the material will not mark the section as read. 2024-06-05	ky*****	I agree with the other most recent review. There must have been a recent update, which has rendered the app useless on my android device. When clicking on the school's blackboard link, I get an error message stating null check operator on a null value. It works fine on a laptop/desktop version, but when trying to work on your phone, it's not an option now.

2024-02-14	Da*****	Very glitchy. Not sure if it's my phone, pixel fold, but whenever I try to scroll down or up, the screen spazzes out and it's scrolling all over the place. If I have the app open and click the "lock" button on my phone, it doesn't actually lock. Those are the 2 major bugs I found. When it does work and I can actually scroll, it's good

2022-10-26	Br*****	Doesn't even work. Trying to do the activity on my Galaxy Tab and you can't drag the options to the answer box. Forced to use ucertify for 2 years through my college and can say it's some of the worst designed courses and software. I've complained to my school about it but they still choose to use it. You have to view lessons on a windows computer as the android app barely works. Don't even download this app.

The app UI is very intuitive and the content is to the point. I appreciate the text to voice feature while I'm able to listen at work, but it needs improvement in quality and rate of speech. The big gripe is its inability to distinguish between VMware / VMWare (for example) even when it doesn't specify spelling is graded.

2021-09-29	Ma*****	Guess they fixed my issue and somehow removed my previous review. Really quick response from their support team though. Only playback issue now is that the screen doesn't sleep after a video stops, and there's no auto play to continue to the next video, even on the Videos tab. Also videos don't go true full screen in landscape unless you hit the button, and don't exit full screen when returning to portrait, but that's a minor preference. I'm still thrilled by their quick response. Solid app!

2021-07-11	Ke*****	Great way to read "on the go". My book opens again after the latest update and a storage reset, [BUG: it never finishes refreshing course info on first use]. It now has a "Continue where you left off" button (thanks to the devs for the prompt FR update!), though I'm not sure that it does anything as the color coding is the same whether it's selected or not. HOLs are a bit difficult to do on a mobile phone screen, but still useful. The dark mode button in settings is great for nighttime reading.
