FluidIT Driver

FluidIT Driver is the mobile app for delivery drivers using the FluidIT delivery management solution. It supports drivers throughout their routes, from loading to proof of delivery, even without an internet connection.

⚠️ Business app: Connection is made using the route code provided by your company. Without this code, the app cannot be used.

KEY FEATURES

• Route Map — View your entire route: list of stops, addresses, time slots, and details of orders to be delivered.

• Navigation and GPS Tracking — Real-time location and background position tracking during your route, with automatic arrival detection (geofencing).

• Item Picking — Prepare and check items for delivery, by order or by pickup point.

• Proof of Delivery — Capture photos (arrival, payment, customer service, dispute) and collect the customer's signature directly on the screen.

• Offline Mode — Continue your routes even without a network connection: your actions (deliveries, photos, signatures) are recorded on the device and synchronized with the server as soon as the connection allows. Designed for areas with poor coverage.

• Notifications — Get alerted as you approach each delivery point.
