Flueworks Gas Safety Records

Flueworks is the job book for UK gas engineers. Issue a Landlord Gas Safety
Record at the property, invoice for it before you leave, and let the app tell
you when it is due again.

Built around the way the work actually happens: on a phone, in a loft, often
with no signal.

CERTIFICATES THAT STAND UP

• Landlord Gas Safety Records (CP12), homeowner records and service records
• Appliance condition recorded properly — safe to use, or classified At Risk,
Immediately Dangerous or Not to Current Standards under the Gas Industry
Unsafe Situations Procedure
• Warning notices when a situation needs one
• Combustion readings, gas rate, tightness test and ventilation captured as
you go
• Customer signature on the screen, full size
• Clean PDF with your logo and Gas Safe number, ready to send

WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL

Everything is written to the phone first. Cellars, plant rooms and rural jobs
do not stop you finishing a record. It syncs the moment you have a bar of
signal, and nothing waits on the network to be saved.

INVOICES AND GETTING PAID

• Raise an invoice from the job you just finished
• A price book you control — add services, change prices whenever you like
• Send the certificate and the invoice together over WhatsApp or email
• See what is unpaid and chase it with one tap

RENEWALS THAT BRING WORK BACK

A gas safety check is due every twelve months, and the reminder is the
difference between a repeat customer and a lost one. Flueworks tracks every
record it issues and tells you what is coming up — with the message written,
ready to send.

THE REST OF THE DAY

• Diary that syncs with your phone's calendar
• Customers, properties and appliance history in one place
• Boiler manuals for the major manufacturers, searchable
• Heat loss, radiator sizing, gas rate and pipe sizing calculators
• Backup and restore, so a lost phone is not a lost business

YOUR RECORDS, KEPT PROPERLY

A landlord must keep a gas safety record until two further checks have been
carried out, and give the tenant a copy within 28 days. Flueworks stores every
record you issue, backs it up to your account, and prints the retention and
tenant-copy wording on the document itself.

PRICING

Free to try, with a limit on how many records and invoices you issue each
month. Paid plans lift the limit, put your own branding on every document and
unlock the calculators. Subscribe in the app; cancel any time.

Flueworks is an independent tool for recording gas work. It is not affiliated
with, endorsed by or connected to the Gas Safe Register. It does not verify
your registration and it is not a substitute for your own competence and
judgement — the engineer signing a record is responsible for it.
