2024-10-08	As*****	The Bluetooth won't connect to the app it keeps saying needs app to make this function work but I already have the app and everything else works makes no sense why won't the Bluetooth work and it stay connected with the Bluetooth???

2022-12-21	Ro*****	Very difficult to locate the lock to install. I followed the instructions as directed, but now I have a device that's locked and no way to unlock it. Can't try to remove the batteries because it will set off the alarm. I'm not having a good first impression on this lock, so it will definitely be returned.
