2026-06-01	No*****	Заказал цветы в 17 часов, по словам магазина, согласовали с клиентом доставку на 22:00 (хотя и слова не было об этом при звонке), ок, курьер в итоге написал в 00:00, когда человек уже спать ложился, в итоге, деньги за заказ вернули, а за доставку полтора рубля - нет. Классный сервис.
Заказал цветы в 17 часов, по словам магазина, согласовали с клиентом доставку на 22:00 (хотя и слова не было об этом при звонке), ок, курьер в итоге написал в 00:00, когда человек уже спать ложился, в итоге, деньги за заказ вернули, а за доставку полтора рубля - нет. Классный сервис.

2026-03-17	Ол*****	на 8 марта не смогли доставить заказ. постоянно срабатывал автоперенос даты доставки. тех поддержка не отвечала. в итоге я уже отказался от букета, но его все равно доставили на следующий день. после чего написали, что у них лапки и им очень жаль, что так случилось. больше никогда у них не закажу
