AFK: That Time I Got Stronger

That Time I Got Stronger by Going AFK is an idle turn-based RPG that does not ask you to
stare at it. Battles run themselves and rewards pile up while you are away — your job is
to make good decisions in the few minutes you spend back in the game: equip something
better, smelt the spares, decide which stage to push next.

■ Idle progress that actually progresses
Auto-battle, auto-loot. Up to 24 hours of offline EXP, gold and materials, claimed in one
tap when you return. Boss attempts recover over time, so there is nothing to log in for on
a schedule.

■ Gear is the game — affixes are the point
Five rarities (White, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange), and rarity literally means how many
sub-affixes an item has. Star up to add an affix, recast to redistribute the numbers,
reroll to change which stats they use. One good item can carry you a long way.
Do not throw the spares away — smelt them into shards and pour those into the piece you
actually want.

■ Alchemy workshop and villager orders
Three processes — Blend, Distill, Calcine — and 79 potion recipes. Deliver potions to the
sixteen villagers for diamonds and gold. Each of them has their own voice and their own
reasons for asking.

■ Build your own turn order
Draw skill cards, fuse them into higher tiers, then spend cards to level skills up.
Three skills plus Basic Attack, in whatever order you decide.

■ Arena
An asynchronous ladder. Beat someone ranked above you and take their place. Spend honor
on titles that sit on your nameplate.

■ 20 maps, 100 stages
From the Grassland all the way to Void's End. Stuck? Drop back and farm an old boss for
crystals, or go brew potions for diamonds — there is no dead end where all you can do is
wait.
