Unbelievable con. I have never seen such a popular company get away with theft so blatantly. I purchased an $80 item and was supposed to have it delivered same day. When they told me that they couldn't deliver it until the next week, I cancelled the order. The $80 authorization was taken out already, and this was on May 23rd. The money still hasn't been given back. Every time I call, they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor, and the timeline for return increases every time I call. SMDH

Horrible experience with first time order. Will never order from this company. How can you mess up an order placed five days before the delivery, and for the local store not to call if there was an issue with delivering the flowers, which they knew someone was home bc they told 1800 number that they didn't have the vase prior the delivery... Don't order from this company
