2026-07-05	Ma*****	I ordered a cake today (2 July 2026) at around 2:00 PM after being assured by FlowerAura that it would be delivered before 7:00 PM. However, despite making multiple calls to customer care and sending several WhatsApp messages, I have not received any proper response or update. I am extremely disappointed with this unprofessional service. This has caused significant inconvenience and completely ruined the purpose of my order. The cake was received around 8:40pm and the cake was melted
