2026-08-22	SU*****	I ordered rakhi at 11pm, due to wrong address, i emailed their official website at 11.30pm same night for cancelling the order, but they declined my refund, although i initiated refund process just after 24 minutes of ordering. Very very pathetic service and refund policy. Please avoid ordering from floweraura.

Delivery agents have zero standards or supervision—whatever cheap, half-dead flowers they grab get dumped on the customer while Flower Aura pockets the premium price. Customer service is a ghost. Calls ignored, emails unanswered, WhatsApp replies robotic or nonexistent. Orders get marked “delivered” when nothing arrives. No monitoring
