Floorfit is a free room planner and floor plan maker for furniture layout, moving and simple interior design. It works offline, uses real-size furniture, and needs no account.

Draw your room with exact measurements, add furniture at real sizes, and drag everything into place. Floorfit warns you the moment something overlaps, sits outside the room, or blocks a door.

ROOMS THAT MATCH YOUR HOME
• Enter width and length in cm or feet and inches
• Join extra spaces such as a walk-in closet, alcove or balcony; keep or remove the wall between them
• Cut corners straight or round them off for angled and curved walls
• Cut-outs for columns, ducts and L-shaped rooms
• Wall lengths and floor area update as you go

DOORS, WINDOWS AND OPENINGS
• Swing doors with left or right hinges, opening in or out
• Double doors, sliding doors that need wall space to slide into, and bypass sliding doors
• Windows and open doorways; tall pieces that would block a window are pointed out
• Floorfit shows the space each door needs and flags furniture in the way

FURNITURE AT REAL SIZES
• Over 50 generic pieces at real sizes: beds, sofas, wardrobes, desks, tables, rugs, crib, bunk bed, piano, treadmill, fridge, washer, bath and kitchen fixtures, radiators, outlets and switches
• Wardrobe doors, drawers and appliance doors need room to open: Floorfit draws that space and warns when something is in the way or the doors face a wall
• Add your own pieces: any name, any size
• Change any size, rotate, copy, and switch between rectangular and round shapes
• See the exact distance from a piece to the walls and furniture around it
• Pieces snap flush against each other, and you can type an exact position
• Set a piece aside while you try other options, then bring it back; lock pieces you are happy with
• Tape measure: tap two points for the distance between them
• Undo and redo, pinch to zoom

WALKWAY CHECK
• Pick a body width (60, 75 or 90 cm) and Floorfit shades where a person can actually walk from the doors
• Pockets you cannot reach and furniture you cannot get to are flagged before you move anything

SAVE AND SHARE
• Keep several layouts, duplicate one to try a variation, and compare
• Back up all layouts to a file and restore them on a new phone
• Share your plan as an image with family, roommates or movers
