PROJECT T.E.L.E.P.O.N.O. (Telecom Entry for Law Enforcement Phone and Official Numbers with Overlaid Callsigns) is an Android-based directory app developed by RCEU-NIR under PRO-NIR. It modernizes the traditional NHQ Bluebook by providing a mobile, searchable platform for accessing the official contact numbers and callsigns of PNP units and stations. Designed to overcome the limitations of printed directories, the app enhances emergency response, field coordination, and public accessibility—ensuring that police assistance is always just one tap away. It supports the PNP’s modernization goals and aligns with the “Bagong Pilipinas” vision for a safer, smarter, and more connected nation.
