FAQ - I can’t download the app - what can I do?
1. The app can be downloaded on android phones and tablet devices.

2. Due to the amount of content on the app it may take some time to download, so please allow time for this to happen.

3. Check you have updated the software on your device: Go to Settings > About > System update > Confirm

4. Check you have enough storage space to download the app: Open the Applications tab > Settings > select SD Card & phone storage This will display the available space for both the SD card and the internal phone storage. To delete an app to free up space go to Settings > Apps / Application Manager > select app you want to delete > tap uninstall
