One would expect flir software to work seamlessly with flir hardware... obviously based on the 1 star review, that is not the case.

No luck connecting via Bluetooth on moto g 2022 or an old Samsung tablet. Can see the camera in the app on moto but not Samsung. Get a disconnected pop up message whenever it tries to connect on moto. Instruction manual is lacking any troubleshooting guide.
