Tried connecting my new TG297 to my phone but Bluetooth function doesn't work at all. verified the unit was in Bluetooth mode, installed and Uninstalled the app 5 different times. the app lags and won't acknowledge the unit. After reading these reviews, i see this isn't a new problem. I will be returning it and going with a different manufacturer.

Useless. And even more useless is that Flir does not know that my phone has Flir Lepton sensor with extremely cut-down app. That is why Infiray is sanctioned to eliminate competition... Next phone will be with Infiray sensor.
