FrachtPilot - Testsystem

With the FreightPilot app you can run your online delivery tours completely digitally.
The tours and all necessary data such as products etc. are downloaded to your driver's cell phone so that your driver can deliver paperlessly regardless of the cell phone network. The current status of the delivery tour is constantly synchronized with an existing connection so that you always have everything in view in the FreightPilot cockpit.

- Navigation to the next stop using a quick map or Google Maps
- Adjustment of the order on site. Whether changing, deleting or adding order items.
- Digital signature on site. The customer signs and shortly thereafter receives the signed delivery note by email.
- Document your delivery with a photo. If the customer is absent, you can put a "proof picture" on the delivery note instead of a signature.
- Document payments: If your driver has to refuel on the tour, or if you have customers paying cash, you can record all these payments directly. The data is then transmitted directly to the FreightPilot's accounting department. You can always keep an eye on the theoretical cash amount in the relevant cash register and the current credit balance of the customer.
- Use the cargo pilot's note system when you are out and about. The driver can quickly create new notes and view and edit the existing ones.
