MB8

MB8's Snake includes a diamond bonus food item, the most valuable and most fleeting option in the game, giving 100 points and one shop coin but disappearing after just 5 seconds.

The coin reward makes diamonds strategically important beyond scoring: coins fund the 15-skin shop that spans all three games, so diamond catches have collection-wide value.

In Sprint mode at maximum speed, a 5-second window to deviate from the current path is extremely tight, making diamond catches in Sprint a genuine high-skill moment.

In Classic mode, obstacle tiles may block the direct path to a diamond, forcing a longer detour that risks the food expiring before the snake arrives.

Diamond catch counts are reflected in the statistics screen alongside total coins earned, giving visible credit for consistent risky food pursuit.
