Fleexii is the mobile app for workers on the Staff Flow platform. It helps you stay connected to your employer, manage your shifts from anywhere, and keep your work records accurate — all from your phone.

With Fleexii, you can view your assigned tasks and booking details, check in and check out of shifts with GPS location, and see when check-in opens so you know exactly when to start your shift. While you’re on the job, you can track your active session in real time and review your timesheet history whenever you need to.

Looking for more work? Browse and apply for broadcast bookings when your employer posts open shifts. You can also upload and manage compliance documents, message your team and employer, and view your profile, performance, and earnings in one place. Push notifications keep you updated on important changes so you don’t miss a shift or message.

Fleexii is built for field and shift workers who need a simple, reliable way to clock time, confirm their location, and stay compliant. Sign in securely with your worker account, with optional biometric login using fingerprint, Face ID, or Touch ID.

Location is used when you check in and check out of a shift, matching the same workflow as the web app. File access is used only when you upload compliance documents such as PDFs and images. Worker accounts are created by your employer — if you don’t have login details, contact your manager or staffing agency. Fleexii works with your organisation’s Staff Flow account, so your employer must be set up on the platform before you can sign in.
