2023-11-09	Er*****	I have just had front and back cameras fitted and I have installed the app on my Android Motorola e7i power unfortunately it's not working properly I keep getting a message saying 1. this network has no internet access stay connected - yes/no Then when I go on the app I get this message 2. Please connect your device to the camera via the wi-fi 3. Sometimes it dose connect to the settings and they seem to work when this happens the app shows a green screen but on picture. Please help me

2023-05-01	Ma*****	Dreadful app. Impossible to play full screen video, cannot change resolution, slow wifi that feels prehistoric. The ATLAS cameras are great but the Virtus app that is essential to their operation is appalling. This company needs to show it's customers some respect and completely rewrite this very amateurish mess of an application.
