Fleet CRM

Fleet CRM is the driver app for companies that run their fleet on Fleet CRM. Everything a driver needs for the day — jobs, vehicle checks, fuel and documents — in one place, built for use in the cab.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
• See today’s jobs, with the one that matters now at the top
• Live countdown to each job’s start and time left
• Tomorrow, upcoming and completed bookings, plus a calendar view
• Your assigned vehicle, always shown

JOBS & NAVIGATION
• Full job details: collection and delivery addresses, time windows, contacts and load
• Choose from routes planned by your office, then navigate in Google Maps
• One-tap call to the site contact
• Capture collection and delivery proof photos

DAILY VEHICLE CHECKS
• Walkaround checklist set by your company
• Record odometer reading, fuel level and dashboard photos
• Raise defects with photos — dangerous faults take the vehicle off the road straight away
• Complete photo inspections sent by the office

FUEL & INCIDENTS
• Log fill-ups by scanning the receipt or pump, with odometer and fuel-gauge photos
• Report incidents at the scene: what happened, location, injuries, police and third-party details

VEHICLE REQUESTS
• Ask for a vehicle, return one or request a swap
• Track every request and its approval

MY RECORD
• Licence and qualification expiry reminders
• Your fuel log, defect history and performance score

NOTIFICATIONS
• Job offers, questions and swap requests — answer straight from the app
• Inspection reminders and office notices

BUILT FOR THE ROAD
• Clear, high-contrast screens that are easy to read in the cab
• Works on weak signal — location points are queued and sent when you’re back online

Location: With your permission, Fleet CRM shares your location with your company only during your working hours, between your first collection and last delivery, including when the app is closed. This lets your office see job progress. Tracking stops automatically when your day’s work is done.
