2021-09-12	Ma*****	I have purchased SMS alert pack from day one, but even though I m not getting alerts. Really pissed off in bringing issue with Vinayak & Lokesh nothing fruitfull yet.couple of times i have complained fault refills alerts but none bother to fix the issue, overall I m not satisfied with the service. If it continues it may difficult for them to retain the customers & sustain in long run.
