FKN Entregas PRO

The Delivery Routing Application is an application that automates the delivery process in the ERP system. It uses all the ERP data generated through the delivery manifest and routing, optimizes routes, and automatically returns information collected in the field to the system, such as delivery confirmations, arrival time, unloading time, and any damage information, with the possibility of attaching photos, comments, and messages related to the delivery process and/or service.

It already has native integration with the FKN Management System, which is widely used by the Distributors and Industries segment. However, it can also be integrated with other systems.

The application is based on geolocation and geoprocessing of information provided by the ERP, where it is possible to visually track and monitor both deliveries and routes used by delivery personnel. Based on this information, it is possible to analyze the current logistics, correcting weaknesses, and assisting in decision-making, reducing costs, time, and errors, increasing productivity and service quality.

With the implementation of the Delivery Routing System, it is proven that there is a reduction in errors, ease of locating the customer's address, improved communication between the company and the delivery person, real-time delivery control, sending of messages and photos of damaged or defective products, receipts, invoices, and other information.
