Users like the MorphoScan scale's build and appreciate Bluetooth connectivity and the useful data it provides. However, the app suffers from stability and reliability problems, frequently crashing and closing. Connectivity and data display are inconsistent: sometimes it connects but shows no data, or won’t appear as a connectable device. The ecosystem feels fragmented, with separate apps for related products and no Samsung Health integration. Unit handling is also frustrating, with kilograms defaulting and the app sometimes switching metrics on its own.

Pros

The scale itself is fantastic.
Bluetooth syncing with the phone works.
The app provides detailed data/metrics to track health.

Cons

The app crashes frequently and closes unexpectedly.
Connectivity and data display issues: sometimes it connects but shows no data or data won’t appear.
Fragmented ecosystem: separate apps for Renpho/MorphoScan products and no single app (and no Samsung Health integration).
Units/metric issues: app defaults to kilograms and can switch metrics on its own, causing inconvenience.

Recent reviews

The scale itself is fantastic. But the same brand and different apps. It is way annoying. Also, the app doesn't have a Samsung Health connection like the Renpho app.

I have two renpho scales and unfortunately they have separate apps despite being from the same company. Ideally would like one app for all Renpho products.
