When users submit a request for workshop service, the mobile application uses the data provided by the user to generate a quote that includes the estimated cost of the service and other relevant details.

On the other hand, users can also request spare parts through the mobile application. To do this, they must specify the type of spare part they need, the model and make of the vehicle, as well as other relevant details. The application sends these requests to spare parts suppliers registered on the platform.
