This delay has caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my schedule. I chose this service for its reputed reliability and punctuality, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. 2023-10-15	sa*****	Places an order for AC repairing. Cutting it short he came to re-install my indoor unit (after fixing) when I was not available. Now, not a month has passed and AC is not working properly. Called their representative to inform this issue and he said warranty is for 3 days. Pathetic service. I mean if there is a minor leakage left by the technician (willingly/unwillingly) AC will work well initially but then it will not be working with the passage of time. Now they are not cooperating. Pathetic

2023-04-29	An*****	Everything is fine regarding there follow up for the order that you will make through this app, but the issue is that fheg don't have people available around you all the vendors in the app are from either Sadar or DHA as well as the charges for the services are too high as compare to the market. More on regarding the app itself there are some issues in the app as there is no contact available for you to contact with the vendor also it doesn't show the location of the vendor.

2023-03-22	Fa*****	My ac was not cooling properly I tried so many service provider but not found any reliable technician as their services and prices wasn't good then I found an amazing app which is Fixdar, I called them suddenly they have responded on my order request and sent very experined technician, technician was arrive quickly within 30 minutes at my home and fixed my issue in very resinable price with warranty time, thanks fixdar I will highly recommend to my friends and family their services.

I Ordered a worker from Fixdar to fix this issue but the worker was unskillful and have no knowledge about the issue. In addition to this, the worker made excuses and charged me with different fees, which only added to my frustration and waste a week. Despite the charges, the issue was not resolved and I was left with a faulty deep freezer. They make lame excuses while warranty Claim.
