JHT Synergy

JHT Synergy is a portable and easy-to-use tool designed to improve internal communication. Synergy's primary function will allow users to quickly record serial numbers, upload photos and record cases in an efficient manner, which can be applied to multiple areas of the business, including the assembly, installation and servicing of our products.

With JHT Synergy, you can provide product feedback directly to Installation Managers and Product Teams, allowing for quick and effective reporting. Serial Numbers can now be scanned to save time during busy periods and multiple choice selections reduce the need to type-in case details, decreasing the ambiguity in descriptions and providing more accurate submissions.
