Its mission is to facilitate access to sports and leisure activities across Tunisia by offering a modern, secure and fair solution, created by Tunisians and for Tunisians.

FitCONNECT allows users to discover, compare, book and enjoy a wide range of sports and leisure activities offered by carefully selected professional partners, including independent sports coaches, gyms, sports clubs, leisure centers, specialized shops and recreational activity providers.
Thanks to a simple and intuitive interface, users can access a variety of offers adapted to all profiles, skill levels and budgets.

The platform covers a broad diversity of sports and leisure activities in Tunisia, such as fitness, bodybuilding, yoga, pilates, team sports, martial arts, swimming, water sports, outdoor activities, family leisure activities, sports events, as well as numerous wellness experiences. FitCONNECT also highlights local specificities and Tunisian leisure culture by promoting accessible activities adapted to the lifestyle of Tunisians.

FitCONNECT is built around a subscription-based model (Basic, Flex and Gold), offering members exclusive benefits and guaranteed discounts at partner locations. Depending on the subscription level, users can enjoy discounts of up to 30% off public prices, as well as special offers, promotional packages, exclusive events and member-only advantages.
This model enables users to practice sports and leisure activities in a more accessible, regular and cost-effective way, while ensuring a transparent and balanced relationship between members and professional partners.

The platform integrates advanced digital tools such as online booking, offer management, secure QR codes, transaction tracking and statistics, contributing to a smooth user experience and effective fraud prevention. QR codes make it possible to verify subscription eligibility and ensure that each benefit is used in a fair, personal and compliant manner.

FitCONNECT operates exclusively as a technical intermediary and does not intervene in the organization or execution of services. Each partner remains fully responsible for their activities, service quality, participant safety, and compliance with applicable Tunisian laws and regulations. Nevertheless, FitCONNECT strives to maintain a framework of trust, commercial fairness and consumer protection.

Particular attention is given to personal data protection, in full compliance with Tunisian legislation in force. User data is processed securely and transparently and is used solely for purposes necessary for the proper functioning of the platform.

Beyond technology, FitCONNECT is driven by a strong social and economic vision: encouraging an active and healthy lifestyle, democratizing access to sports and leisure, supporting the local ecosystem, and providing a true digital showcase for Tunisian sports and leisure professionals.
FitCONNECT aims to become the national reference platform for sports and leisure in Tunisia, contributing sustainably to citizens’ well-being and the development of the Tunisian market.
