An initial registration is carried out and, from there, all the necessary macronutrients and their divisions are calculated. It is also possible to calculate your diet through the food tab and calculator, adding specific portions to each meal.
A tips tab is also presented, where various doubts are presented and explained, in addition to the suggestion of two months of adaptation training.
