Ice Fishing

Ice Fishing is a fast-paced winter-themed tapping game built around focus, speed, and reaction. The concept is simple and clear: the player interacts with appearing objects as quickly as possible within a limited time frame, turning every second into a test of attention.

The visual theme is inspired by winter fishing — icy surfaces, snow-covered scenery, and various fish appearing on the screen. During a round, fish objects emerge in random positions and remain visible for a very short duration, ranging from 0.5 to 2 seconds. The player’s task is to tap the fish before it disappears. Each successful tap grants +1 point.

A single round lasts exactly 45 seconds. Once the timer ends, the round concludes and the final result is shown. The result represents the total number of points earned during that round. If the score is greater than zero, it is saved into the records system.

Game state management is a key part of the experience. Records are saved only when a round is fully completed — either by winning or losing. If the game is interrupted, minimized, closed, or the player exits to the main menu before the round ends, the result is not recorded.

When the app is sent to the background, the game automatically pauses and displays a pause window. Upon returning, the player must manually close the pause window to continue the current round.

Ice Fishing is designed as a short-session game with clear rules, minimal distractions, and a strong emphasis on timing. Each round is self-contained, allowing players to return repeatedly and improve their performance.

With its winter atmosphere, responsive mechanics, and straightforward scoring system, Ice Fishing focuses on skill-based interaction and consistent gameplay flow.
