Can't log in keep changing passwords but still doesn't allow access, phoned,emailed, but keep getting told to change passwords changed 6 times now an still nothing .waste of time.

Not good at all doesn't really allow you to do much of anything appointments aren't even shown or updated till months after they have been finished if at all, needs some serious updates. Most repairs appointments can't even be booked via the app, the update button in the list of repairs doesn't actually do anything and any appointments booked usually don't show the correct dates in the app if they do eventually show up in the app.
