This app keeps on crashing, and keeps on saying updating. Gets to 75% update, and then crashes. This app is useless, wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all.

Will someone look at all these reviews & do something about this app! Its not fit for purpose. Every time I try to access it, it shows updating with a big green tick. Today I thought you know what ill leave it to update. This went on from 11.30 am until 21.30!!! It only shows 90%. Other tenants have reported this via these reviews over and over, still no one replies! You constantly say how easy it is to get in touch and you promote this app, then the least you can do is ensure it works!
