2023-09-06	Mi*****	First Source App keeps saying, "system is not responding, try again later." It worked on 5G wifi before. I can't accessing it on WI-FI either. I made sure my emails and phone numbers were secured. There's nothing wrong with my account because it works on Chrome. The app needs to be fixed.

2022-09-12	Kr*****	This new app has made banking a bear. We need the ability to have a PIN access code. When I questioned it, I was asked to call. Like that EVER helps anything. If someone answers in a timely manner, 9 times out of 10 it's either "I will have to check on that and get back to you" or half an hour of verification questions, resulting in a quick "No, we can't do that". Now the app is complete garbage, what is the draw to keep doing business here? We have 1 single rep whom ever helps us out & it's old

2022-09-08	Se*****	New update sucks... Miss the old version that I could use a pin to access, and access everything easy. Now, just about every time I tap on a function, I need to log in again. When I tap my checking and go to deposit a check. It somehow ends up in my savings ever since the update. In order to fix it, tap transfers, log in again usually, and fix it. Super annoying. The app, does what I need otherwise, but I hate this version.

As a valued member I have never felt awkward when applying for a personal loan, extended payments *(during the shutdown portion of COVID-19) and any financial advice is thought out carefully to meet your personal needs and goals.

2020-08-31	Br*****	This app makes it convenient to transfer cash from my checking to saving or vice versa as well as pay my credit card AND you can add other accs that are NOT fsfcu affiliated! Such as PayPal for example.

2020-02-24	A *****	The new App is actually really great, I have not had to call in for an issue yet. If I had any type of problem with it crashing(which was rare) I would force close the app and delete the cookies and old data being stored in the app. By using this basic troubleshooting knowledge, you can usually get everything working again. Believe it or not but we actually have a responsibility to clean out all the old stuff that gets stored in apps on our phones. Bam! No issues! Coincidence? I think not 😉
