2024-01-31	Jo*****	Was quite good, now haven't been able to log in for 2 days, dont have anyway to get my duties as i can't download them and emails are no longer sent! I also have to change my address, I'm forced to use the app to do this, however the app doesn't all the features so I now have to use a computer to do this.

2023-08-17	He*****	Its constantly crashing when I go to tap on anything on the screen it takes me back to my homescreen. Tracking only shows me one bus at a time even at that it only shows it either near or at the bus station. The app is absolutely horrible
