2024-12-21	Lu*****	Nectar points and bonuses aren't being accrued with this app, as the local Esso service station here is more costly than other non supermarket vendors its literally ONLY the points that make it financially worth a visit. Sadly, when unbeknown to you the points aren't applied this leaves you out of pocket and a little miffed off! Its not the best customer experience 😔

2024-12-10	Le*****	After multiple emails and calls I have finally given up on this poor app. Regularly doesn't confirm payment and I need to go in store to confirm the payment is okay. Has completely stopped updating my nectar points which I have now manually requested several times. My filling progress has not updated on at least my last three fills. Which has left me short of achieving bonus points. The shell garage (closer to my home) is consistently 2p cheaper. Sorry Esso, I've been patient.

2024-12-09	Sh*****	The experience has been horrible lately. I use it regularly, but now I have been told after speaking to somebody that there are issues using this app with android phones. I have missed out on a huge number of Nectar points. Fix the app & tell people when you have issues

2024-12-02	Ro*****	Good app WHEN IT WORKS but my latest 2 fills resulted in zero Nectar points added to my account (despite Nectar account being correctly linked). Not experienced this previously and I reported both issues to Customer Care section. Slightly fed up now, I may abandon this app and buy fuel elsewhere. Month or two ago, I couldn't use app when my local Esso fuel station upgraded its own systems (eventually resolved) so frustrating!!

I have contacted customer care and they have sorted points for my recent transactions. I've used the app once more since then, but still not getting my points awarded and I keep missing out on bonus points. There is obviously a bug in the latest update concerning linked Nectar cards and this needs to be looked into.

2024-11-30	Ni*****	Further issues, the app is still inconsistent, and yet again, I will miss out on 750 points for my final fill this month as the app won't connect to my local station, saying pay inside??? It's not great when when the reward scheme is attached to the use of the app??? When it does work, it's great, but too many times, there are issues of one type or another...

2024-11-23	An*****	It used to be a good app, but I haven't yet received my nectar points for my last 4 refuelling done via the app nor the 3x on supreme fuel, which was a promo on the app. I have checked to make sure my card is attached to the app, and it is the current number which it is. Contacted Customer services, but no reply yet.

2024-11-23	Ja*****	So slow and unreliable - sometimes does not even authorise and you have to drive off as you are sick of waiting to complete the transaction. Update... Tried again today and it could not find my location anymore without scanning pump and then refused to let me use my authorised RBS Black credit card in Google pay despite having used it many times before. Useless and getting worse. Update... Have to now verify identity with bank and fails. End of line. Pointless waste of time. Uninstalled!!!
