A week ago the app was there. Then it just disappeared and when I tried to download it again on play store...it says my device isn't compatible with this app?!! A week ago it was... now suddenly it's not?!! Now I have to sign in through the website but have to type in my password instead of using biometrics. Plus the website won't let you do mobile deposits. EXTREMELY frustrating.

Recent upgrades to this app have optimized it for mobile screens and it is perfect! I like that it has all basic banking functions and is uncomplicated. Bill Pay now functions perfectly on my screen, and the service is solidly dependable. I have depended on 1st Command Bank for critical banking functions for 44 years, through all our assignments wherever they sent us. Note: If it will work for all service members' locations, I'd like to see 2-factor authentication.
