Survey Management
Create and manage asbestos survey projects with support for both limited and full (demolition) survey types. Each survey includes a structured cover page, background information, site descriptions, methodology, scope of work, and customizable sections. Track multiple surveys per project and organize work by inspector, status, or date.

Homogeneous Area Tracking
Document suspect materials with detailed homogeneous area (HA) cards. Record material descriptions, categories, colors, locations, conditions, and quantities. Group HAs by area and assign samples directly from the field. Support for presumed ACM, confirmed asbestos, and awaiting results statuses.

Sample Collection
Manage bulk, miscellaneous, TSI, and surfacing samples with full chain-of-custody support. Assign samples to homogeneous areas, track lab results including asbestos type and percentage, and mark qualitative results. Add subsamples for layered materials.

Capture and attach photos to surveys, homogeneous areas, and samples. Photos are automatically compressed for efficient storage. Export photo logs separately or include them in full survey reports.

Generate professional survey reports in both PDF and Word (DOCX) formats. Reports include cover pages with your company logo, tables of contents, identified ACM tables, presumed ACM tables, sample results, photo logs, and inspector certifications. Attach lab report PDFs and custom sections directly into the final document.

Inspector & Company Management
Manage multiple inspectors with certification numbers, expiration dates, certificate images, and digital signatures. Set up your company information including name, address, phone, email, and logo — all automatically applied to generated reports.

Templates & Boilerplate
Save and reuse text templates for introductions, site descriptions, scope of work, methodology, limitations, and alternate means sections. Templates support dynamic variables that auto-fill with survey-specific data like client name, address, and inspector details.

Data Backup & Restore
Create full database backups including all surveys, photos, attachments, inspector certificates, and settings. Restore backups on any device with automatic file path remapping. Import data additively without overwriting existing surveys.

Import & Export
Export individual surveys or complete datasets as ZIP files. Import survey data from backup files with built-in conflict detection. Share reports and backups via email, cloud storage, or direct file transfer.
