First 100: Beta App Testers

Your app is live and nobody has installed it. First 100 fixes the hardest part of launching an Android app: finding real beta testers.

First 100 is a beta testing exchange built for indie Android developers. You test other developers' apps. They test yours. Nobody pays anything - your time is the currency.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick an app from the list and start a test.
2. Open it for 30 seconds a day, for 5 days in a row. The app confirms each daily session for you.
3. Write real feedback: a star rating, what worked, what broke, one suggestion.
4. Collect 20 moon coins. Finish 5 tests and you have 100 coins.
5. Spend 100 coins to list your own app, and 5 testers do the same for you.

WHY 30 SECONDS A DAY, FOR 5 DAYS

Because that is what honest testing looks like. An install that gets deleted an hour later teaches you nothing. First 100 verifies a genuine 30-second session on five separate days, so every tester who reaches your feedback form has really opened your app, more than once, on a real phone.

WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU LIST YOUR APP

- Real installs from real Android devices - no bots, no emulators, no click farms
- Beta testers who come back on five different days instead of one
- Written feedback, not just a star rating: what worked, what broke, what to fix
- The device model and Android version attached to every report, so you can actually reproduce the bug someone found
- A live tester count climbing toward your first 100

WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU TEST

- 20 moon coins for every test you complete
- Early access to indie apps before anyone else has heard of them
- Up to 10 tests running at once, at your own pace
- An evening reminder so you never break a 5-day streak by accident

BUILT FOR THE CLOSED TESTING GRIND

If you publish under a personal developer account, you know the wall: a closed test that needs real beta testers, running for days on end. Recruiting strangers who will install your app and keep it installed is the part nobody warns you about. First 100 is where you find those people - developers who need exactly the same thing from you.

FAIR BY DESIGN

- One account per phone, enforced on the server
- Daily sessions are measured on the device, not self-reported
- Feedback shorter than 30 characters is rejected, so you get sentences instead of "nice app"
- Miss a day and the streak restarts, for testers and app owners alike
- Moon coins are an in-app reward only. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or cashed out, and they have no monetary value

WHAT YOU NEED

- Android 7.0 or newer
- A Google account to sign in
- A Play Store link to your app when you are ready to list it
- Optional usage access permission, used only to confirm your 30-second daily session. Nothing about your other apps is collected or sent anywhere.
